The clubhouse at Keyhole Bay overlooks the beautiful beach at Keyhole Bay and is the heart of the community.
Just steps away from your front door, the clubhouse will offer meeting facilities for up to 75 persons with smaller areas for gaming and indoor recreation. It will also feature a restaurant and bar adjacent to the pool and beach facilities.
We have not established the dates for the building of the clubhouse at this time. Our expectations are that occupancy will be adequate by 2010 to begin construction.
